Educational Buildings

The Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) has
four academic buildings

The Main Academic Building is considered one of Baku’s historic architectural structures. Constructed in the early twentieth century by the Baku philanthropist Musa Naghiyev, it originally housed the “First Real School.” Built in a classical architectural style, the building has undergone several restoration and renovation works over different periods.

UNEC’s Academic Building No. 2 is situated at 135 Hasan Aliyev Street, Narimanov District, and comprises two academic buildings constructed at different times, as well as a sports hall. 

Academic Building No. 3. A modern academic building fully meeting contemporary educational requirements has been constructed at 194 Murtuza Muxtarov Street, Yasamal District, Baku, to accommodate the instruction of 3,000 students. With a total area of 13,196.2 square meters, it consists of...

UNEC’s Academic Building No. 4 is located at 45a Abbas Sahhat Street, Nasimi District. The five-storey building houses lecture rooms and laboratories, administrative, academic, and other structural units, as well as service and auxiliary facilities.
