UNEC provides educational services across sub-bachelor, bachelor, master (including MBA), doctoral, second-degree, and continuing education programs. At present, UNEC is the only higher education institution in the country offering instruction in four languages - Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian, and English.
Scientific research at UNEC is carried out through the Research Institute, the Innovation Business Incubator, academic departments, research centers, and laboratories. The University also publishes academic journals and hosts a virtual economic forum.
UNEC’s Trade Union Organization, the Student Scientific Society, the Student Youth Organization, the Student Trade Union Committee, the “Support for Economics Students” Public Union, and other student-led bodies implement numerous social responsibility initiatives every year.
